Disappeared?

No I have not disappeared, but I certainly have been negligent on blogging you. Hope all of you are enjoying the summer. When I last blogged, I was exploring ideas to find more water. That has not been solved yet but we have narrowed down some good options and will have a decision soon.
In regards to that, we certainly have not seen the intense drought conditions of last summer, but some concerns still exist. Regionally we have received some good rains over the past month, but locally we have missed much of the precipitation. The last 2 systems that have gone through have left us with some light showers, but we certainly have not seen any of the soaking rains that were predicted. As a result we have received about a half inch of rain over the past 30 days. This scenario is very similar to last summer's pattern, so the search for more water may prove to be very much needed.
On last note..........We have just launched our new website and would love to get some input on likes and dislikes of the new site. Your input would be greatly appreciated.

So, I finally visit your blog and it's the middle of summer. Go figure. Sorry about the cruelness of Mother Nature the last few years. We had a good start this past season but then she whipped you again.

So, when I was a kid, there was grass-skiing. People would go down the hill on these things that looked like tank treads. Do they still do this. Would you ever consider it. Lately, you might make more summer money than winter money ;-)!

Anyhoo, I have some thoughts about Andalusia in my latest Blog entry.

Have a great summer. Seems like you'll be busy. See you next winter if not beforee than.
