Search for water

As you recall, last summer and fall put us in an extreme drought situation. It appears we are in a wetter pattern at the present and perhaps the drought talk is over. Just as a reminder, last spring was wet until May hit. Just in case last summer repeats itself, we are reviewing several options to get us more water for snowmaking next year. Do not want to find ourselves in last year's predicament where we had to back off on snowmaking a couple nights in early December because of slow water recovery. We have a couple of very feasible options and will have a plan in motion soon. Oh, by the way, a year ago today the temp was 26 degrees at the ski area when we came in to work.
