Hoping History Is Behind Us
Hello to all:
Well, we finally got a few hours of snowmaking to freshen things up.........It is amazing what a simple 6 hour period of 23 degrees can do. That is all we are asking for..
We have just come out of a horrendous stretch of weather. Hoping that is history too. We have been closed for the last 12 days..........Never Happened before. Just give me a few hours of low 20's once in and it will never happen again.........not too much to ask is it??????
Lord Only Knows How Wonderful It Would Be If It Snowed......................

Came skiing today and expected marginal conditions given the weather over the past 2 weeks and I was amazed. Skiing was actually very good. Had a great time on a beautiful day and no lift lines. Lots of people missed a great day on the slopes.

Sorry we didn't make it over from Bloomington area Ed. Got home Friday night to find a message on the phone saying the group trip was being postponed due to what they expected to be a lack of snow. My wife and I called some of the group to try to convince them to head up anyway but in the end we are postponing until Feb..
After reading the other comment here I would say we missed a fun day. Hope to see you folks in a few weeks.
